Savoury flans and quiches




Spice up your savoury flans and quiches

To spice up savoury flans, use mustard in the preparation or spread tapenade generously over the flan base.

Tomato flan Use the Provençal herb mustard , and olive-rosemary mustard. .
Tuna flan Use the lemon mustard.
Salmon flan Use the hot pepper or aniseed and coriander mustard.
Pumpkin flan Use the tapenade.
