Vegetable purées




Season and flavour your vegetable purées and surprise your guests

Replace traditional purée ingredients with Soléou flavoured products!

Potato purée replace cream or butter with olive oil or garlic-oregano oil
Cauliflower purée, replace cream or butter with walnut oil
Pumpkin purée, replace cream or butter with lhazelnut oil or tapenade
