Adapt your dressings to your salads

Go for variety and surprise your guests!

Potato salad : olive oil + garlic-oregano oil + balsamic vinega + mayonnaise/fromage blanc

Lamb?s lettuce salad : olive oil + juice of one orange + walnut vinegar

Grated carrots : honey vinegar + lemon mustard + olive oil

Tomatoes : olive oil + lemon juice + basil-green peppercorn oil

Red cabbage : organic rapeseed oil + Provençal herb vinegar + Dijon mustard

Chicory : walnut oil + balsamic vinegar

Beetroot : organic rapeseed oil + Sherry vinegar + garlic and oregano oil + shallot-chervil mustard

Avocados : hazelnut oil + raspberry vinegar
