Dare to use oil in your cake recipes instead of, or as a complement to, butter!

Use Soléou products to add sunshine to your desserts too!

Orange salad / Strawberry salad + sugar + olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate cakes : replace some of the butter with Soléou hazelnut oil.
Add a touch of Soléou hazelnut oil to short biscuits, pancake mixture or yoghurt cake to refine the taste.
