Assembly
Taste creation is the very essence of Soléou’s craft.
The aromatizer, the “nose”, the true composer of aromas, creates complex flavours, specifically by using special techniques such as maceration.
The choice of flavour carriers
Flavour carriers (oils, mustards, vinegars, salt….) are rigorously selected for their qualities of taste and for their ability to carry the flavours well.

Soléou uses its know-how in terms of aromatization to create new recipes and bring real added value to the consumer in terms of taste.
Just like a perfumer, Soléou selects and assembles raw materials using its unique know-how, producing a real collection, recognizable as SOLEOU style and signed with its name.

Soléou, a true aroma explorer, continues to select its herbs from Provence in the heart of the Mediterranee region. The company works towards sustainable development, contributing towards continuation of the growing of plants that produce scents & flavours.
Herbs and other spices are selected “blind” by a panel of trained tasters, before being assembled and carried by specific flavour carriers. |
